We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. Notes saved in your browser may be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or experience a technical failure. Always back up important notes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlineNotepad.live and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
